I’m sure many of you have left for other parts of the country and are wondering when you might return to New York. Everyone is doing what they feel is best, I have been here in my apartment since March 10. Until the beginning of May I ventured out very little, but now feel surprisingly less panicked and am out enjoying long walks, mask and gloves as New York City slowly and safely reopens during Phase 1.

Our building has been unbelievably diligent, and I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank every individual on our management team, but especially, a huge thank you to those on our staff who returned day after day to care for us all. With masks and gloves but a smile behind the mask they kept us safe! What a tremendous staff we have, and in time, we will find a way to properly thank them.

I did want to share this article from The Real Deal discussing the value of outdoor space, and to let you know that while things are indeed very new and unknown, our building and the various size apartments we inhabit, will be even more sought-after. I have helped many customers and friends with homes for sale and rent in the Hamptons, Connecticut, New Jersey and Florida…all places I have lived and enjoyed. Florida will be lovely and favorable in the winter.
