I was the buyer for a property that Katie had listed as a seller’s agent. I have had the opportunity to experience Katie’s amazingly engaging personality, thoughtful communication style, and complete professionalism in making a deal happen that had a lot of complexities associated with it. I would recommend her for any and all real estate transactions.

When I was looking to move to New York City, I began visiting apartments and was not finding what I was looking for. On top of that, I became frustrated trying to coordinate the search with my busy schedule. Then I met Katie, who was responsive and so easy to deal with, even with my unorthodox schedule. She provided insight and was very responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking to buy or sell in NYC!

I am just writing to express my pleasure working with real estate agent Kathryn Landow. She represented me on the recent sale of my Sutton Place apartment and guided me through the entire process. It could not have been a more stress-free experience. Additionally, she was able to get us our full asking price! Kathryn is savvy, friendly, honest and knows today’s trying market inside and out!
I cannot recommend her services enough to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a place in NYC.
