There, he launched a development company to transform a vacant 1860s warehouse into a new mixed-use building and defined his future career path from that moment on.

Prior to real estate, Johnathan excelled in the restaurant industry, branding and expanding a major chain from coast to coast. He also spent time teaching English in China and worked with the Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation researching and reviewing potential affordable housing development opportunities for those who work in entertainment. Johnathan earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is an active member of the Municipal Art Society (MAS), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Center for Faith and Work (CFW).
