Steve Goldschmidt is a lifelong New Yorker and 30-year real estate veteran with an encyclopedic mind for the market and the city's uniquely diverse neighborhoods. He has achieved major milestones in his career, from Rookie of the Year, to Broker of the Year, to Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Warburg Marketing Group. As a top broker who continues to serve a discerning clientele of buyers and sellers, he has been instrumental in facilitating the acquisition, sale, leasing, conversion and management of countless luxury properties, many in Manhattan's most elite buildings. Steve's success made him a natural choice for other prominent roles at Warburg. Not only does he oversee the Marketing Group's representation of numerous luxury property developers around Manhattan; he is also a member of the firm's Management Committee, Co-Director of Warburg's recruiting efforts, and integral in training new agents as well as ongoing education for existing agents. Well-respected by clients and peers for his exemplary service and knowledge, Steve actively shares his expertise in various volunteer positions with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) - as Chair of REBNY RLS/Technology Committee, past-Co-Chair of REBNY Residential Sales Council, as a founding member of the Executive Committee of REBNY prestigious NYRS masters program, and as a member of its Membership and Ethics Committees. He has also been a sought-after featured panelist at numerous REBNY-sponsored forums and educational programs and serves as a member of his Upper West Side co-op's Board of Directors. Steve's belief in community service extends beyond the world of New York real estate - he serves as a founding member of the Board of Directors of Intercare Foundation, a charitable foundation that provides financial scholarship support and educational programs for needy individuals and families seeking to recover from alcohol and substance abuse.
