Great sales people are developed and honed. I saw how June and Steve handled the sale of my apartment and I remember thinking: “They’re good. They’re really, really good.”
My grown sons affectionately called June “Dad’s real estate sergeant” based on the detailed set of instructions left for them whenever they stayed in their childhood home while visiting NYC during the active marketing phase of the property. I recall a four-page document with hundreds of DOs and DON’Ts, one most memorably stating “No. 178. ABSOLUTELY no cooking of any fish or seafood in the apartment during your stay. If you get hungry for fish, make a reservation at Le Bernardin.”
I knew I made the right decision in June and Steve when choosing which brokers to sell my home. Their attention to detail is the fruit of years of experience – the kind of learning you take away from every mistake and success. And, regardless of annual changes in ranks of real estate brokers, they are in my heart the NUMERO UNO realtors in the entire city of New York.
They worked tirelessly to get where they are and I’m proud to count them as not just my realtors, but also my friends.
