Real Estate Professional
Rebecca Blacker has real estate in her blood. She comes from a real estate family that owns multi-family buildings in New York City. As a young girl she remembers discussing the real estate market at the dinner table with her grandfather, a holocaust survivor who along with her father, started the business in the early 1980s. Prior to joining Warburg, Rebecca headed the management and leasing of her family’s portfolio. She also founded her own boutique brokerage firm called Blacker Group which focuses primarily on rentals.
Rebecca grew up on the Upper East Side. She attended The Horace Mann School from kindergarten to 12th grade followed by Lehigh University where she received a B.S. in Finance. She was a competitive gymnast for 15 years which Rebecca attributes to be the foundation of her work ethic and perseverance. Anyone that has worked with Rebecca can attest to her professionalism, integrity and a personal warmth that makes you feel comfortable instantly. Known for her spot on instincts and attention to detail, Rebecca will go to any lengths to find the perfect fit for her clients.
Rebecca currently lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and two children, where she serves on the board of her co-op building.
