Parisa M. Afkhami joins Warburg Realty after having a successful career as a management consultant, executive coach and career strategist to Fortune 500 companies. Parisa leaped into the next chapter of her life as a real estate agent due to her interest in helping clients navigate through significant life transitions to create opportunities and new pathways. She brings her analytical skills and solution-oriented approach to all of her transactions, coupled with her desire to help people create more balanced, productive and fulfilling lives.

Parisa understands that moving is an emotional and life defining experience, which is why she nurtures every client relationship with detail, care and understanding and maintains the connection long after the closing. She upholds her reputation for putting people first, while being empathetic, loyal, reliable and trustworthy.

Parisa is a graduate from Columbia University with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Social Work and Organizational Psychology. She resides on the Upper East Side and Westchester with her family and is active at the Dalton School.

In her free time, Parisa can be found exploring the city, musing artwork at galleries, discovering new restaurants and attending theater. On weekends she enjoys spending time outdoors playing tennis and gardening in Pound Ridge, New York.

Although Parisa has called New York home for nearly 30 years, she is a travel enthusiast and lived abroad for many years where she visited 38 countries and established strong connections with international clientele. She speaks English, Farsi and French.

Parisa’s adventurous spirit has brought her to new frontiers as she is endlessly curious about new cultures and cities both inside and outside of New York.
