Tuesday, April 27th, 2010Because of the recent uptick in NYC foreclosures, I began doing some research on the types of foreclosures taking place in the city and the process of purchasing a foreclosure. In the attached link, I discuss some of the risks of and obstacles to purchasing foreclosure at auction. I have gathered my information from attorneys specializing in foreclosure purchases, title specialist, and foreclosure investors.
