I joined Warburg Realty after a successful career in PR and Marketing.

When time came for a change, I could think of no better industry to apply my skills to than real estate. I grew up with the language of real estate.

The decision to join Warburg came easily to me as my mother is a partner at the firm and I knew how successful and happy she was. I had known Fred Peters since I was a little girl and I knew how much respect my mother had for him as well as the company.

Changing careers is not always the easiest of moves, and I feel as though Warburg helped me make the transition more comfortable. When you start making deals there are a lot of complexities that go into each transaction and someone is always there to help you. In fact, I don't ever think there is anything as an easy deal. We are a small enough firm that everyone gets some individual attention, and every one needs advice sometimes including the partners. We have weekly meetings held by Fred, that give you a state of the market and each and every week you walk out of that meeting more knowledgeable than the day before.
