Roads leading to Park Lane
Warburg Realty is doing brisk business at Park Lane, a revitalized condominium at 118 West 112th Street, between St. Nicholas Ave and Adam Clayton Power Jr. Blvd. in Harlem.
The 24 renovated residences have solid oak floors, high ceilings, crown molding, marble baths, and open kitchens. The building is nearly 70 percent sold. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
The pre-war building offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances, CeladorStone countertops, white Thermafoil cabinets, washer/dryer, and chrome finishes.
Bathrooms feature D’Orient Palmira tile in Carrera Marble, Duravit toilets by Philippe Starck, pedestal sinks, and Kohler deep-soaking tub. Building amenities include a fitness room, a patio garden, children’s playground with jungle gym, elevator, bicycle room, and private storage.
“We’re seeing a tremendous surge of interested buyers eager to call Park Lane home,” said Charlie Lewis, senior managing director at Warburg.
“Not only are they impressed with the attention to detail, they love the flexible layouts. The location is ideal. The neighborhood is flourishing. The price can’t be beat.”
The condominium project is two blocks from Central Park. It is a one of three buildings featured in the Park Collection portfolio.
