The most expensive single-family townhouse in the East Village is about to hit the market — and it has some celeb pedigree to boot.
The rowhouse at 125 E. 10th St. — where Mary-Kate Olsen and her much older fiancé Olivier Sarkozy rented from 2012 to the fall of 2013 — will be listed for around $8 million (the final price is still being determined) with Warburg broker Jason Haber, who declined to comment.
The twin property next door, at 123 E. 10th St., was purchased by Sarkozy in 2012 for $6.25 million, but needed so much work that he and Olsen ended up renting 125 E. 10th St. instead.
Sarkozy sold 123 E. 10th St. for $6.4 million in January 2014 to artist Aaron Yong and cognac heiress/fashionista Laure Heriard Dubreuil, as we exclusively reported.
He and Olsen are now focused on renovating their $13.5 million Turtle Bay mansion, which comes with a rooftop exercise pool and built-in paparazzi-proof garage.
