Carriage House, Twenty9th Park Madison and Ellington on the Park Now Sold Out
Warburg Marketing Group (WMG), the new development division of Warburg Realty, one of Manhattan’s oldest and most respected residential real estate companies, began 2013 on a high note by hanging the “sold out” sign on three of its prominent Manhattan luxury properties: Carriage House, a boutique development located at 159 West 24th Street in Chelsea; Twenty9th Park Madison, a prestigious high-rise residential property located at 39 East 29th Street in Gramercy; and Ellington on the Park, a high-end residential property located at 130 Bradhurst Avenue. Steven Goldschmidt, Senior Vice President of WMG, made the announcement.
“We are pleased to mark the completion of sales at these three noteworthy properties,” said Mr. Goldschmidt. “We are proud to represent such exceptional developments. The top-notch product combined with the hard work and commitment of our agents, allowed us to achieve great results on behalf of the developers of these projects.”
With such a strong start to the year, WMG is on pace to surpass 2012 numbers, which were record setting for the division. With total sales of more than $240 million, the closeout of these three developments further underscores the group’s success and marks another exciting and important milestone for the luxury residential division.
About the Carriage House
The team of Joél Moss and Sales Director Jocelyn G. Turken led the marketing for the exclusive Carriage House. The 24-unit, seven-story condominium at 159 West 24th Street was introduced in the early 1900’s as a carriage and automobile house. A century later, the property was converted into sophisticated, spacious lofts with high ceilings and open floor plans. Designed under the direction of Michael Schmitt Architects, the Carriage House features architectural highlights from the neighborhood as well as the building it once was.
Within the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are Italian wood built-ins, wide planked solid white oak floors, original columns and sections of exposed brick walls. Functional kitchens offer Italian wood cabinetry, Subzero refrigerators, Wolf gas cook tops and convection wall ovens, and Bosch dishwashers. Powder rooms include Carrara and Absolute White marble accents, Zuma soaking tubs, separate shower enclosures and radiant heated floors. Large picture windows complimented by custom lighting and sound, and a Bosch in-unit washer/dryer are other features available to residents at the Carriage House.
About Twenty 9th Park Madison
The team of exclusive broker Richard Steinberg and on-site sales manager Tammy Prunty partnered with Twenty9th Park Madison to lead sales efforts for this building’s immaculate apartments. Highlighting the many benefits of purchasing at the building, Richard and Tammy found buyers eager to call Twenty9th Park Madison home. The building is a development by Espais Promocions Immobiliàries that was named “Best High Rise in New York” by America’s Property Awards.
The 142-unit, 34-story condominium at 39 East 29th Street is a doorman building complete with concierge services. Apartment sizes range from studios to two-bedroom plus home office penthouses. The finishes in the apartments and penthouses reflect a commitment to city living at its grandest.
About Ellington on the Park
Warburg Realty Senior Vice President Charlie Lewis, along with Robert Williams, led the marketing and sales efforts for Ellington on the Park. The 133-unit full service condominium at 130 Bradhurst Avenue and West 184th Street is located adjacent to the 12-acre Jackie Robinson Park, one of the City’s finest green spaces. A 24-hour attended lobby, beautifully landscaped courtyard, a resident community room and professionally equipped fitness center, plus a parking garage provide all the comforts one needs to call Ellington on the Park home.
One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, some with private terraces, feature oak hardwood floors, French doors, and every New Yorker’s must have – generous closet space. Kitchens are outfitted with Daltile stone granite countertops and accents, Armstrong Arborcrest solid cherry cabinetry, Elkay and GE Profile and Monogram stainless steel appliances and hardware, while baths contain marble and ceramic tiles and Kohler fixtures. The homes at the Ellington have in-unit washer/dryer, an air conditioning unit in each room, and oversized double and triple paneled windows which reveal New York views.
