Warburg Realty announced two new agents have joined its brokerage roster. David M. Adler will join the 30 East 76th Street office and Catherine Smith is the newest agent at the 969 Madison location.
Hans holds a BA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
Born and raised in New York City, David Adler has lived and worked in Manhattan since graduating from the University of Chicago in 2003. David joins the real estate business from a nine-year career in the commercial insurance industry. He brings from this experience a solid understanding of how to assess and address the needs of clients and is experienced at closing complex deals involving numerous counterparties.
David spent his 2001 academic year studying at Sciences Po in Paris, and is fluent in French. He also has lived and worked in Beijing, China.
Catherine Smith was born and raised on the Upper East Side and still lives there today.
Prior to embarking on a career in real estate at Warburg Realty, Catherine worked at Ralph Lauren for five years in various capacities including technology, finance and merchandise planning.
Catherine possesses a strong financial background having worked as an investment banking analyst at Bear Stearns after graduating from Yale University as well as taking time off from her career in retail to pursue an MBA at The Wharton School. Her extensive financial experience combined with her reputation as a loyal and resourceful person to work with will undoubtedly serve her well in this new role with Warburg.
