Warburg Realty has announced Amber Cleary, Heather Mashburn and Thomas M. Rozboril have joined the firm as licensed real estate salespersons in the Tribeca office at 100 Hudson Street. Stephen Ruben was named a licensed real estate salesperson in Warburg’s East Side Gallery office at 30 East 76th Street.
Amber Cleary specializes in the Downtown market. Previously, she utilized her background in interior design and business at iconic furniture company Knoll, and then transitioned into her own corporate event company.
Heather Mashburn is a veteran of the banking industry. Originally from Atlanta, she worked as a licensed personal banker at Wells Fargo for many years before moving to New York City to pursue a career in real estate.
Thomas M. Rozboril, an Upstate New York native and longtime Brooklyn resident, joined Warburg after a successful career in fashion. A former partner in New Squared Interior Design, he has access to a key group of highly qualified professionals including architects, contractors and interior designers for those clients looking to upgrade their property.
Stephen Ruben brings seasoned negotiating skills and eye for real estate to buyers, sellers, lessees and investors who require the counsel of an experienced adviser. Previously, he ran a Canadian real estate law practice for more than 20 years.
