Angelika Kallio has been privileged to travel the world and work with top designers as a model, however she always knew that New York was the only place she'd eventually call home. Originally from Finland, Angelika enjoyed life in Paris before moving to Manhattan nearly 20 years ago. She understands the unique experience of living in a city that is incredibly vibrant and diverse, in addition to deeply understanding the complexities of finding the right home that suits a client’s specific needs and lifestyle.
Through her career and experiences in international fashion, Angelika has spent countless hours within unique buildings of various architectural styles, which she now uses as a tool when working with clients. Angelika’s childhood also played a significant role in her interest in architecture and thorough understanding of floor plans through her mother’s profession as an engineer where she inspected blueprints of historic landmarked buildings. In turn, Angelika’s affinity for structural masterpieces has afforded her with a unique skillset for her select group of clientele.
For sellers, she seeks to make the process of selling a prized property a relief, by offering exceptional care and service to eliminate any fears or stresses associated with this process. Angelika strives to make home selling, and the financial, emotional and psychological value that comes with it, happen seamlessly. Her goal is to ensure that a property sells for the most money, in the least amount of time. To see that goal succeed, Angelika aggressively compares properties to recent sales and homes currently on the market. She utilizes all of Warburg's tools to showcase a property to ensure that the right buyer is drawn in as quickly as possible.
Equally comfortable in English, Russian, and Finnish, Angelika works with a diverse clientele who rely on her expertise and resourcefulness to achieve their goals.
During her spare time, she received her Business Associate Degree at BMCC and now attends New York University working on her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, where she is gaining an institutional insight on capital markets, finance - on how to restore buildings from earlier eras and their contrasting side to gain from financial undertake, law, and investment principles all applicable skills that she applies to her profession on a daily basis.
