On the sale side, Diane brought a great deal of research about and knowledge of our old building with her to our first meeting, so that we did not either undervalue or overvalue our unit. The unit was staged beautifully, and as a result, we received two offers within the first week of listing and were in contract within three weeks. Diane handled the stress of coordinating the closing of our new unit and on our old unit beautifully and really went beyond the call in making sure that we were entirely happy with the entire process. If we ever move again, Diane will be our broker.

Buying an apartment these days is not easy. Sellers are jumpy, banks are impossible, and news on the housing market fluctuates like a cardiac patient. In the midst of this chaos I somehow found my perfect new home. Actually, not “somehow” — I know exactly how: my broker, Diane Rocca.
