A long-time Seinfeld fan, Zach Guiterrez feels as though he was raised in New York City vicariously through the show. He joins Warburg Realty with extensive experience working with some of Manhattan’s most successful start-up companies, learning everything from marketing, to critical thinking and problem solving skills.
A lifelong real estate lover, Zach’s breadth of knowledge of the city is an asset to his clients. Zach understands that real estate, like hockey is about anticipation, playing the puck where it is going to be not where it has been. Full disclosure, Zach has never played hockey.
Outside of his day-to-day real estate responsibilities, you can find him experimenting in his kitchen, watching football with his dog Alberto, or at one of his favorite burger spots. A native of Connecticut and a family man, Zach realizes that it’s not about what you sell, it’s about how you make people feel. That being said, since getting his license in 2012 he has been responsible for over 150 transactions.
