Bob holds a BA from Brown University and an MA in Communications from NYU. He ran a successful film production company for over 30 years, writing, producing, and directing commercials and documentaries. During that time, his passion for photography and design laid the foundation for him to extend his creative instincts into the field of residential real estate, first as an investor, buying, renovating, renting, and selling apartments, and then as a real estate agent.
Bob has served on numerous co-op and condo boards, including a 20-year term as board president. As a result, Bob has obtained a broad range of knowledge, not only about how buildings operate, but about what buyers and sellers really want. This knowledge has also enabled him to amass a significant client base and thereby assist his clients on both sides of a transaction.
Clients who have worked with Bob are extremely impressed with his integrity and his attention to detail. Bob, his wife and two daughters have lived on both the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side, giving him a wide range of experience to draw from in helping his clients navigate the NYC real estate marketplace. His interests outside of work include photography, golf, and chess.
