Warburg Realty announced that Stacy Sussman joined the brokerage’s 969 Madison Avenue office. Sussman brings a diverse background to her role as a Warburg agent. She worked for several years as a teacher and social worker, and also enjoyed a 20 year career as a top sales producer from one of New York’s premier corporate catering and event planning companies.
She draws on her experiences, including serving as a real estate appraiser, to help her clients. Sussman holds a B.S. degree from Boston University, where she also received a Masters in Social Work.

Carolyn Chappelle has previously enjoyed a career in management positions in the health fitness industry, and she is drawing on this experience in her new role. Carolyn recently achieved certifications in Property Management and LEED Project Management from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council). She is currently working on her Eco Broker certification to become an expert in sales and marketing for properties which are certified LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).

Tamara LaVille has over a decade of experience in real estate market, selling property in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.  She also has experience in fashion, film and television as well as the financial industry. She specializes in rental and sales of luxury properties in TriBeCa, SoHo, West Village, Chelsea, Flatiron, Gramercy, Financial District and Battery Park neighborhoods.

Cybele Kadagian has an extensive background in the financial and public relations industries. Cybele considers matching people with properties a fine art that requires patience, focus and dedication.
