Working with Andrea Daniels was a complete joy! She has all the characteristics that one could hope for in a realtor: she was professional, knowledgeable, had endless patience, was understanding, kind & fun. And what we found truly amazing was the fact that she could totally relate to our 28 yr. old son, fully understanding his needs & wants, while at the same time appreciating our concerns & desires.

As well, her expertise covered all areas of Manhattan, from top to bottom, and when our search expanded into Brooklyn, she didn’t blink an eye & proved herself equally experienced & informed there as well.

Andrea also, on many occasions, went FAR above & beyond the call of duty, even taking the subway out to Cobble Hill on a cold, miserable, rainy day to walk the route from the subway to our son’s potential new apartment, timing herself to see how long it would take (I personally thought this was incredible!).

We knew our son was in very good hands with Andrea, and our confidence in her was so great that when finally, after 14 months of searching, they found his dream home, we were completely comfortable having him purchase it without our having seen it first. And when we did finally see it, we were not surprised to find that it was perfect for him in every way.

We cannot recommend Andrea highly enough and look forward to working with her again in the future.
