Throughout the process, I felt that I could count on Angela, knowing that she had my best interest in mind. Early on, she spent time with me to understand my needs and requirements, discussing details and visiting some listings together to gain a complete sense of what kind of home I was looking for. Afterwards, she showed me only listings that matched my criteria, managed all communication for me in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Furthermore, she always gave me honest feedback and advice based on her experience and knowledge. She quickly and intuitively understood what I liked/disliked and did a lot of research into finding suitable apartments. During the actual viewings, Angela was quick to point out all the small details a casual viewer might miss, and she asked insightful and specific questions to the sellers. She helped me weigh the pros and cons rationally and objectively. Whenever I had a question, Angela was very responsive to all my messages/calls. She always followed up promptly and communicated with not only me, but also my parents who were overseas. When I finally decided to purchase, Angela helped to examine everything thoroughly and was determined to resolve every issue, even after the contract was signed.
