A native New Yorker born in Southampton, Brett Compton has lived all over NYC. He currently resides in his co-op on Park Avenue. His interest in real estate began at an early age--his mother is an interior designer and his father a real estate attorney.
Brett is a listener and communicator who hones in on what his clients want to find in their perfect home. He is a creative thinker and problem solver, detail-oriented and organized. These traits have led to solid relationships with everyone he works with.
Brett has a background in both commercial and residential markets: from consulting and estimating costs for design projects to turning over investment properties to maximize return on rental income. He knows the business of real estate.
Brett graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York with an honors BFA in Interior Design, and was one of only two students nominated for the Donghia Foundation Scholarship Award. Prior to his real estate career, he refined his design skills at various New York architecture firms.
