Evie Muller has enjoyed a distinguished 30-year career in Manhattan real estate helping clients in all stages of life achieve their unique goals, whether sizing up to accommodate their family or scaling down from a larger home. To this day she still deeply loves her work, as she does meeting new people, analyzing their needs, and most importantly, making the right match between a purchaser and property. Evie came to Warburg Realty in 1995 after working at a boutique firm. Evie specializes in the Gracie Square area where she has lived and sold for many years, however she works throughout the Upper East and other neighborhoods of Manhattan where her clients' interests lie. With her successful track record for selling everything from co-ops and condos to townhouses, she is known for her vast knowledge, keen financial expertise and expert attention to detail in the preparation of board packages. Evie is also appreciated for her patience, sensitivity and compassion when it comes to the investment decisions her buyers and sellers make. A graduate of Barnard College, Evie worked at the United Nations for two years in the Secretary General's office before entering the world of real estate. She married, and raised and schooled two children in New York City, so is well aware of the unique lifestyle the city affords for families. Evie has also served on the Board of her co-op for several years which gives her insider's insight to the workings of buildings. Evie is an energetic and enthusiast advocate for all your real estate needs. When not hard at work, she is a gardening volunteer for Carl Schurz Park Association, and loves walking her dogs, Pepper and Spartacus, all around the city. Evie also enjoys time at her home in Lake George where she sits on the Board of The Hyde Collection in Glens Falls, NY and is a member of the Lake George Club.
