Judy has been involved in the world of New York Real Estate for 18 years and is a true veteran within this sector. Specializing in high-end condominiums and cooperatives, Judy primarily represents the sale and purchases of properties on the Upper East Side, where she has lived and worked for the past 24 years. Judy has also been successful in other neighborhoods throughout Manhattan including Chelsea, Tribeca and Battery Park City.

Her passion is to produce the best results for her discerning clients. She’s got her finger on the pulse of this marketplace and has the inside track on new properties coming to market, developments in the pipeline, price improvements, etc.

Prior to residential real estate, Judy worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for 15 years. This experience allowed her to develop an acute business acumen yielding strong transactional and negotiating skills.

As a savvy broker and member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of NY), Judy is considered a trusted advisor and partner because she works very closely with her clients in a team relationship, a very important bond. This ensures a tight communication between client and broker for a focused, targeted approach throughout the entire process of property tours, analysis, negotiations, and board package preparation and submission, to the final closing. This team approach has been instrumental in her success in buying and selling clients’ homes. Judy’s thorough market knowledge of luxury properties and addresses, her understanding of various industry nuances, combined with her strong relationships within the real estate brokerage community, make her an ideal collaborator and negotiator. Judy is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in Industrial Design and Visual Design. She is a world traveler, photographer, avid golfer and a collector of modern photography, antiques and antiquities.
