The closing, as you know by now, was successfully completed this afternoon. I just wanted to thank you and Michael for all your help and professionalism in making the sale happen. You were straight and clear with me all through the ups and downs – and your guidance was excellent throughout.

I know you understand that for me this has been bittersweet. But “the team of Susans” worked wonderfully and I am really grateful.

It would be my pleasure to recommend The Abrams. My first interaction with them was in 2004 when my husband and I were looking to purchase a large apartment on the Upper East Side. We were very particular with all our criteria and not willing to compromise. Susan understood right away what we wanted and did not waste any of our time showing us apartments that did not meet most of our demands. She was very patient and affable during our long search process, met us to view our apartment during an open house which was full despite a major snowstorm, and right away there were 6 bids over ask. Her excellent negotiating skills and tenacity paid off as we are now in a beautiful apartment that is very desirable.

They have an excellent pulse on the market and have been great at advising us on what is good value and what might be over-priced. Additionally, they have been great in assessing the current worth of our apartment if we were to move.
