He has an investment mind for real estate and helped point out the pros and cons from an investment perspective as well as pros and cons of living in a neighborhood or a building. He was patient and was able to explain the real estate process to me throughout and was very engaged throughout my purchase and very responsive. I own a rental apartment in a coop building in Brooklyn, and I knew exactly who to reach out to when it was time to find amazing new tenants. From the beginning to the end of the process Michael was knowledgeable and clear in sharing options and ideas with me.
