The saying "there's no place like home" rings particularly true for Mona Davis, who's spent most of her professional life involved with matters of the home in one capacity or another. Finding people the right homes, of course, and helping to successfully sell their homes when the time comes, are the thrust of the real estate career she enjoys today. Yet prior to that, she ran her own business for 20 years, which focused on items specifically made to make a home more beautiful.

A native New Yorker, Mona has lived in Manhattan for over three decades and has resided in her own Carnegie Hill home, which she shares with her husband, for the last 18 years. After graduating from Boston University, Mona immediately entered the sales arena, then began her own business as manufacturer's representative in the housewares/giftware market. Her keen sales and marketing ability, sense of merchandising, business savvy and customer service skills propelled her career to greater success, and led her to deal with the most exclusive department stores and related retail outlets.

Mona applies the same results-driven motivation, customer sensibility and service dedication to achieve her real estate clientele's needs. Great with intuitively identifying what people want, she moves full-force to do the most efficient, timely and satisfactory job possible. Whether it be to buy or sell a home, whether on the Upper East Side or farther downtown, Mona employs her extensive market knowledge to lead her clientele in the soundest direction. Anyone she works with can confidently entrust their business, knowing that their needs will be taken care of, and their deals will be streamlined. Mona currently works alongside her daughter, Kathryn Landow, who is also an agent at Warburg.
