I first met Nick as the broker for the seller of my current home. I had been looking for an apartment for over two months and had met several nonchalant brokers that were only interested in the sale. My first impression of Nick was that he was friendly, professional, personable and knowledgeable. He gives you the feeling he is trustworthy and makes you comfortable as a buyer.  As the seller’s broker, I was surprised that he was interested not just in selling the apartment but also in my family & I as people, not just buyers.  What drew me to the apartment was his online presentation. It was eye catching to say the least.  He knew how to show the apartment at its best – a vision of the possibilities of it being a home.  When I physically viewed the apartment, I was just as impressed. I was expecting the rooms to be smaller since in the case of several other places I saw, the photos on the website made the rooms look bigger than it was.  With Nick, the actual space didn’t stray too far from the online photos. It’s always good for the buyers to feel trust in the selling broker.  You get more interest and offers that way.  It was not good for me as a buyer since there was more competition, driving up the purchase price. Lol!
