Tammra Cooper has enjoyed living and raising her two sons on the Upper East Side, where she has resided for the past 26 years. She has a vast knowledge of New York City neighborhoods, schools and other points of interest. While Tammra holds a B.A in History and Anthropology, her passion for design led her the New York School of Interior Design. She worked with several design houses and still actively consults on projects. Her educational and design background provide a unique perspective when assisting her clients. Tammra is determined to gain a deep understanding of her client’s needs and desires, so whether a buyer or seller, the process will be not only enjoyable but also successful. She prides herself on being prompt, thorough and diligent in her work. Although friendly and congenial in nature, Tammra also has a competitive streak that allows her to get the best deal for her clients.

In her personal life, Tammra’s discipline for physical fitness earned her several modeling contracts and inspired her to become a certified personal trainer to help others achieve their physical fitness goals. She is an accomplished athlete and has completed 7 marathons (4 in NYC, 2 in Paris, 1 in Rome). With each marathon she raised funds for various causes including cancer research. Pilates, running, cycling, scuba diving and downhill skiing are other activities she enjoys. Tammra’s active lifestyle and varied interests have motivated her to travel to over 20 countries. Tammra is also a dedicated contributor to the community, actively supporting several causes including The Child Mind Institute and ADD/ADHD programs and campaigning against underage smoking.
