Truly a delight. Apartment 2I is a wonderful home. True to prewar design, it has a lovely archway in the entry foyer, large cedar closet and generous second closet. The windowed kitchen has been renovated and the bath updated but keeping the oversize original tub and art deco sink. Most important is the location in the building which couldnt be better a large open room facing gardens in the rear of the building. Quiet with excellent north and east light.
